Headquarters Station and Station 1 responded to a call of a 2 vehicle MVA with entrapment on Sumter Hwy. (SC Hwy 527) 2 miles west of Kingstree at about 6:30 am on Saturday, March 11, 2006.

First Unit on scene reported 2 vehicles with 1 patient entrapped in each vehicle.1 fatality on scene, and the second patient being extricated and dying a short time later at Williamsburg Regional Hospital.
