On 2-25-07, a 19 year old woman died when the vehicle she was riding in lost control in a curve and flipped several times in a field on Kennedyville Rd. in the Nesmith Area of Williamsburg County.

2 other persons in the vehicle were airlifted to MUSC by helicopter, and 1 other in the vehicle went by personal vehicle to the hospital.

The incident occurred at 12:05 am, with units remaining on scene until approximately 2:00 am
