On 1-14-06, Williamsburg County Fire Department's Station 10 (Central) and Headquarters Station responded to a single car motor vehicle accident on F. Guerry Rd, off Hwy 527, southeast of Kingstree.

The call came in shortly after 2 PM and units arrived shortly after to find 1 vehicle that had left the roadway and had hit a tree. 1 fatality on scene from severe trauma.
